M Resort Spa Casino

Just left the M Resort for the second time in two years. It is hands-down, the best location outside of Vegas. If you’re sick and tired of the chaos and busyness of the strip, you have to check out this place. I’m checking in, Isabella was awesome, I had a special request and she handled it personally and called me to follow up. All of the employees were phenomenal. I didn’t meet one person that didn’t want to be there. My wife went to the spa and kind of massaged by Tony, which was excellent The first night we went to the tavern and Al was our waiter And he was beyond phenomenal. Super energetic, very knowledgeable and really enjoyed our first night there Second night we went to Anthony’s steakhouse and had Bruno for our waiter. He is super experienced and super knowledgeable and really a good guy. As I mentioned above, if you want the best place in Vegas It’s not so hustle and bustle but a five star resort. I highly recommend you check out M resort

Never booking on the strip again and will ONLY come here. Food prices and spa SO REASONABLE. like. Room service was quick as heck!! FREE PARKING. The tavern they had was so good. Spa was amazing. Will be booking again I was in both the new and old tower and they’re both beautiful. The showers were amazing too. Loved it.

Off-Strip gem in Henderson with a rooftop pool that has one of the best views of the entire valley. The rooms are modern and significantly cheaper than comparable Strip quality. The casino floor is spacious and not smoky. Multiple solid restaurants including Studio B buffet. The locals love it here and that's always a good sign. If you have a car and want luxury without Strip prices, M Resort is an absolute steal.

Our stay in M hotel was a wonderful experience. The whole. Casino floor and hotel lobby is clean and the floor doesn't suffocate you with cigarette smell. Although there were few people smoking, the floor is big enough to avoid areas with smokers. The bed and pillows in their hotel side are so comfortable. The room is so clean and modern. The staff members that we had encounter with are pleasant and very professional. It is a drive from the strip (that's why it is important for us to rent a car). But being so, the whole place wasn't crowded at all.

We’ve stayed at MANY hotels and resorts over the years but M Resort truly takes the cake. Why? The people. The hospitality. It’s on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVEL. From the front desk staff to the spa team, to EVERYONE working in the restaurants- every single person is genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming. You can FEEL that they actually care. I even told my wife, “This is probably what Vegas was known for back in the day.” It feels like the staff TRULY listens to guests and actually hears you out- something many Strip hotels have completely lost. For example, NO parking fees in the garage! From the moment you park to the walk to the front desk and into your room, you can immediately feel the difference. It’s calm, RESPECTFUL, and WELL run. Our only minor complaint is that the walls ARE thin but honestly, aside from that, every stay here feels like a blessing HUGE shout out to Carlos AND Abby at the front desk. They were ones that welcomed us and each at different times took time to explain hotel restaurants, prices, amenities, and so much more God bless them. Martha, Jim, and Gianni in the SPA, the shuttle driver, and so many others. The M Resort staff CONSISTENTLY takes care of their guests with smiles and real kindness.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The room was incredibly spacious, and being on the 15th floor gave me stunning views. The bathroom was a highlight—beautifully designed with an exceptional shower and a separate water closet for the toilet, which I really appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. My only minor complaint was the absence of a microwave in the room to warm up food, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The resort itself had everything you could need—full casino, multiple restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores all downstairs. Visiting during Christmas was a treat; the decorations were gorgeous, and the large gingerbread house at the entrance was a delightful touch. Parking was plentiful and free on all sides of the hotel, which was very convenient. While the resort isn’t right on the Strip, it’s only about a 10–15 minute drive away. Honestly, I preferred being away from the hustle and bustle—it made for a more relaxing experience. A special shout-out to Abby at the front desk! Her customer service was exceptional, and the thoughtful note she left for me truly made me feel welcome. Thank you, Abby! I can’t wait to return for another amazing stay.

We stayed here for our anniversary and we really enjoyed it. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, they gave us a food credit which was very kind and then she changed our room with a better view. They blew us away to start! The rooms are spacious, romantic with the shower and tub. Wish they had a mini microwave. The only problem we had was our t.v. remote wasn't working and we called twice to get them to bring us a working remote so they gave us another food credit since it wasn't done until I asked a 3rd time the next morning . We were blown away! The food was wonderful! The bakery is amazing! We were a little disappointed that the pool is closed. They said it's because it's off season. I didn't realize there was an off season in Vegas. They don't have any hot tubs either which is strange. Wish they had a heated pool and hot tubs so it doesn't matter when you come like for us our anniversary is in Jan. The gym is nice but the spa is way over priced. We can't afford $450 for a massage. Wish there were a couple more amenities but we still loved it there!

Nice rooms. Views were pretty great. Even on a low floor. No obstructions. It is still a casino, so you never know the crowd you’re going to get. Smell of cigs in lobby is strong as well as that horrible floral scent they try to mask it with. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Rooms were neutral thankfully. Large bathroom with tub and tv. Far from the strip and not much in walking distance so definitely need a car.
